When it gets cold, the days get shorter, and, after weeks of gruelling and intense work, the time we spend at home extends into long relaxing evenings. In recent years, the spaces that we use for free time have changed, and have expanded to include re-evaluated and redesigned household areas, furnished to meet our specific needs.

At Milan’s Super Fuori Salone 2021, the Popping Design talks hosted by journalist Giorgio Tartaro were launched with a special guest: architect Marco Piva from the Marco Piva studio in Milan.

Over the last two years, the appeal of a simple life more in touch with nature has made its way into many areas of our lives, starting with fashion, food, design and architecture.

Being alchemists of the outdoors had brought us in 2018 to the Fuori Salone by way of a multi-stage journey between innovation, smart green solutions, circular economy, wellness and functionality: a design focused on culture, networking, innovation under the guiding theme of the Corradi Design Line.

 

New trends have always been the result of important changes in the cultural fabric of society and reflect the responses that science, sociology and even architecture offer as solutions – or more precisely innovations – that allow us to make the most of our time and space.

 

After a pause, outdoor design flourishes once again for one of the most important events in the industry: the trade show dedicated to new products in the world of furniture is back again in Milan on 5-10 September, the first major international event of the year.
 

A relaxing view can affect the well-being of those who inhabit the space and have a direct effect on our emotions.
