Sun sail with compact dimensions for anchoring at will
The mirror-polished stainless steel poles with sails having radial panels are completed by a sole motor positioned in the roller tube and the springs inside the support pole. This means a minimum footprint for wall anchorages, which can be secured at will, limiting the number of poles to just one, necessary to be able to contain the tensioning spring.
Moreover, the sail, double or single, does not need bracing and can be closed using the manual or motorised system inside the furling profile, whose maximum height is 11 m, while the height of the triangle is 7 m. In the event of a power failure, the movement can be manual. The motorised version of Scirocco is equipped with an anemometer that triggers automatic closure in case of strong wind. Even the maintenance is minimal for this sun shade sail, and installation versatility is another strong point.
"The scirocco is one of the most beautiful moments that can be granted to man, because the inability to move in those days caused you to stand still and contemplate a stone for three hours before a breeze came. The scirocco gives you this possibility of contemplation, to ponder things...". It is with these words of Andrea Camilleri that we like to think of our Scirocco, which with its imposing but discreet presence invites meditation, like a large, light and white cloud accompanying thought beyond reality, both intimate and welcoming the warm South wind.
